1. Applicant must agree to abide all the rules, as changed from time to time by the organizer.
2. The participant will participate at her own risk and have no claim against the Organizers.
3. The Status of the applicant should be Unmarried.
4. The applicant if gets shortlisted she cannot be a part of any other contract or pageant.
5. The organizers are not responsible for any delay or non- receipt of Applicant on any account and for any reason for whatsoever.
6. All the expenses - Travel, Accommodation and other Miscellaneous expenses are to be borne by the participant.
7. All the participants have to be disciplined and behave in a diligent manner throughout the event.
8. The organizer are not responsible for any loss or physical ingury that occur to the participant on account of their presence in the event.
9. The decision of the Judges are final in all the cases.
10. Participant should be medically, mentally fit and healthy and should have a good moral character.
11. The applicant should self undertaking, produce a proof of No Legal case pending.
12. Only the applicant will be allowed to enter the venue of the elementary round.
13. The schedule of events and qualification round are subject to change at the discretion of the organizer.
14. The organizer is not responsible of the non occurrence / non completion of the event.
15. Any dispute during the event, the decision of the organizer will be final and binding.
16. The organizers will not be responsible and will not compensate on behalf of the sponsors, if they fail to deliver gifts, prize as promised.
17. Rights of Photography and Videography is with Zen Asia Foundation.
18. The court of Mumbai will have the Jurisdiction over all disputes.
